How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the billing portal — changes take effect at the end of the current period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Documents over the Free plan limit remain stored and visible, but you can't add new ones until you're back under the limit or upgrade again.
Does the Pro plan guarantee verification?
No. Pro unlocks the ability to request verification. Our team then reviews your documents — the badge is granted only when the review passes.
