The problem

Vendor onboarding is stuck in email

Every new buyer, lender, or logistics partner asks for the same packet: incorporation documents, tax registrations, financials, insurance certificates. Today that packet lives in inboxes — unversioned, unverified, and impossible to revoke.

Strike Passport turns that packet into infrastructure: one structured profile, one document vault, one secure link that you control.

Replaces

Onboarding email threads, PDF exchanges, vendor portals, manual KYC packets

Enables

A verified, structured Passport of your business shared via a single secure link

Controlled by you

Expiring links, instant revocation, per-document visibility, full view analytics

How it works

From “who are you?” to “let’s trade” in four steps

1

Create your Passport

Add your legal identity, registration details, and operational profile once. Strike structures it into a standardized business Passport.

2

Upload your documents

Incorporation certificates, tax registrations, financials, insurance — stored privately, served only through short-lived signed URLs.

3

Share one secure link

Send a single link instead of email attachments. Set expiry, revoke instantly, and see exactly when counterparties viewed and downloaded.

4

Get onboarded faster

Buyers see a verified profile, a completeness score, and the exact documents they need. Onboarding packs export everything in one click.

Security architecture

Built like financial infrastructure, because it is

Strict tenant isolation, role-based access control, signed-URL-only file access, and an immutable audit trail. Trust isn’t a feature here — it’s the architecture.

Private by default

Every document starts private. Nothing is exposed unless you explicitly share it.

Signed URLs only

Files never sit behind public URLs. Every download is a short-lived, single-purpose grant.

Verified, transparently

Verification means our team reviewed the documents — and we say exactly that, everywhere the badge appears.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does “verified” mean on Strike Passport?

Verified means our team reviewed the documents a company uploaded and confirmed they are consistent with the profile. It is a document review — not legal, financial, or regulatory approval, and not a guarantee of creditworthiness.

Who can see my documents?

Only the people you choose. Documents are private by default and stored in a private bucket. Files are served exclusively through short-lived signed URLs, and only documents you explicitly mark as shared or public ever leave your workspace.

Do viewers need an account?

No. Anyone with an active share link can view your Passport and the documents you shared — no login, no friction. You can revoke access at any time.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, at any time from the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your data is never deleted on downgrade.

Is Strike Passport a KYC provider?

No. Strike Passport is the infrastructure layer businesses use to organize and exchange the information KYC processes need. Your counterparties remain responsible for their own compliance decisions.

Your next counterparty will ask for your documents.
