Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Strike Passport (the “Service”), operated by Strike Passport (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the company you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Strike Passport lets businesses create a structured profile (“Passport”), store business documents, and share them with third parties through links the business controls. The Service includes optional verification, scoring, and document packaging features depending on your subscription plan.

3. Accounts and accuracy

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and a Passport, and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to act for the company whose Passport you manage. We may suspend accounts that present false, misleading, or fraudulent business information.

4. Verification — meaning and limits

“Verified” status indicates that we reviewed documents uploaded by the company and found them consistent with the company’s stated profile. Verification is not legal, financial, or regulatory approval; not a credit assessment; and not a guarantee of any company’s performance, solvency, or good standing. Trust and completeness scores are informational only. Any party relying on a Passport remains solely responsible for its own due diligence and compliance obligations.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to documents and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service — including generating previews, onboarding packs, and scores, and delivering content to people you share it with. You are responsible for having the rights to upload the content and for the consequences of sharing it.

6. Sharing

Share links grant access to the documents you mark as shared or public, to anyone who holds the link (subject to expiry and restrictions you configure). You can revoke links at any time; revocation applies to future requests but cannot recall files already downloaded.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves to the Free plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• impersonate another business or submit forged or altered documents;
• attempt to access data belonging to another company;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without written authorization;
• use the Service to distribute malware or unlawful content;
• resell or white-label the Service without our written agreement.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal requirement, or risk to the Service or its users. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination we will, on request and within a reasonable period, provide an export of your documents unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that scores and verification reflect any company’s actual condition.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions any party makes in reliance on a Passport, badge, or score.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
